Restore Comfort, Reclaim Confidence, Find Your Serenity

Hi! I’m Dr. Mandy Roscow

My journey working in pelvic health began over 20 years ago near the beginning of my career. I quickly realized how pelvic issues had such widespread effects on overall quality of life.

It has been my passion to facilitate healing in those suffering with pelvic problems. These issues can leave people with embarrassment, anxiety, frustration, and unrest. Every person deserves to be at peace within their body to have the ability to fully participate in all aspects of life.

I believe in treating a patient holistically. The pelvic floor is a vital area to investigate in most people who seek pelvic physical therapy. However, it is important to consider the connection to other areas of the body and how they can be connected for long term relief and resolution of symptoms. Other aspects of life such as stress levels, sleep, nutrition, and social concerns will also be discussed to determine if there is relevance to the pelvic issue. I consider it a privilege to create a safe space for patients to be vulnerable in sharing their story and any emotions that might surface.

One of the reasons I am passionate about helping people be able to move without pain is because it is a core component of my life. Movement and time out in nature brings a sense of balance to my life. I look forward to helping you get back to the activities that bring you enjoyment and contentment.

In my free time, I engage in various forms of movement such as hiking, running, biking, yoga, swimming, kayaking, skiing, paddle boarding, etc... I have a passion for movement and outdoor adventures.

I am a proud mother of two children and two dogs. I spend a lot time attending sporting events for my sons. I also take pleasure in reading, cooking, gardening, traveling, and socializing with friends and family.
