What to Expect From Your Care at Serenity

  • You will receive one-on-one care your entire time with the same therapist

  • Each session will offer more time with your provider. The first appointment is 90 minutes and each follow up session is 60 minutes. We do not want you to feel rushed.

  • We hope to make these delicate personal topics easier to discuss. There is no TMI is pelvic health and we are here to make this as comfortable as possible.

  • In conjunction with your therapist, you will generate a plan on what your personal health goals are to enable you to have a better quality of life.

  • We will look at your situation holistically and how the various area of your life can be related to achieve long term results.

  • Our goal is to facilitate reclaiming the resilience in your health and not let pelvic problems control your life. We will investigate the resources in your own body to heal itself.
